Rachel works at SOURCE to effect change in the community and in herself. Nonprofits have been an inextricable part of her life for as long as she can remember, and SOURCE enables her to continue working with nonprofits while also challenging herself to grow. Outside of SOURCE, Rachel researches redistricting at the Rose Institute of State and Local Government, peer tutors at the Center for Writing and Public Discourse, and writes for CMC's satirical newspaper. When she's not laughing at her own jokes or nerding out over statistics, you can find her playing board games, skydiving (don't tell her mom), listening to stand-up comedy like it's music, rock climbing, and spending time with her incredible friends.
